• 2 Persons - $51,400

• 3 Persons - $57,800

• 4 Persons - $64,200

• 5 Persons - $69,350

• 6 Persons - $74,500

(2) Buyers will have to live in the house they purchase, and they may NOT rent the houses.
(3) If buyers choose to sell within 15 years, they will need to sell to another "moderate income" buyer.
