restrictions, which are based on family size. The maximum household
income limits for 2011 are as follows:
1 Person - $44,950
2 Persons - $51,400
3 Persons - $57,800
4 Persons - $64,200
5 Persons - $69,350
6 Persons - $74,500
(2) Buyers will have
to live in the house they purchase, and they may NOT rent the
houses.
(3) If buyers choose to sell within 15 years, they will
need to sell to another "moderate income" buyer.
(4) If
buyers choose to sell within five years, they will need to split any
profit on the sale with the Redevelopment Authority.
