General Contracting Opportunity

Community Ventures has completed the solicitation for a general contractor for the new construction of 37-residential units in North Philadelphia.

SUBCONTRACTOR INFORMATION:

Community Ventures and the selected general contractor will host another sub-contractor information session later this year prior to the start of construction.

Note: Community Ventures is not directly soliciting sub-contractor bids and all sub-contractors must submit sub-bid proposals to the general contractors.

The project is called Susquehanna Square includes the following buildings:

  • Six (6) unit apartment building at 2116-24 N. 16th Street
  • Twenty-nine (29) unit apartment building at 2137-61 N. 15th Street
  • One duplex consisting of two (2) units at 1601 Diamond Street
