We are now accepting applications for 37 affordable, energy efficient apartments at Susquehanna Square! The development includes a mix of 37 one, two, three & four bedroom affordable, energy efficient apartments in the vicinity of 15th Street and Susquehanna Avenue in the North Philadelphia.
WAITLIST – The waitlist for Susquehanna Square opened on June 15th. All applications received will be added to the waitlist in the order in which they are received. Application and contact information for any questions are included below.
LOCATION – Susquehanna Square is located near Temple University and surrounding the Duckrey Elementary School with proximity to the Susquehanna-Dauphin station. SEPTA buses 2, 39, 4, and 16 stop within one block of the site.
AMENITIES – Amenities will include individually controlled heat and air conditioning, Energy Efficient appliances, and in-unit washer and dryer. Low utility costs due to efficient appliances, windows, and building design.
AFFORDABLE – All units have rental subsidies. Income limits apply to all units and income guidelines are included on the application. If you are unsure if you meet the income guidelines, still apply and our rental management team will review your eligibility.
GRANDPARENT & KINSHIP CAREGIVERS – 14 of the units are targeted for grandparent-headed households or other kinship caregivers. Note that applicants must show legal custody of all children. Additional information and resources for Grandparent & Kinship Caregivers is available here.
