Program Director
Troy Hannigan, Assoc. AIA joined Community Ventures in 2014, after five years of working with Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia in various roles including project planning, design, construction, and funding compliance. Troy has a wealth of knowledge and experience in design, constructibility, and project management with his architecture and construction background. At CV, he assists with project conception, planning, design, financing, and construction management. He is responsible for homeownership marketing, homebuyer selection and settlements.
Troy is a recipient of the 2014 Philadelphia Association of CDC’s Rising Star Award, a co-recipient of the 2015 Philadelphia University Young Alumni Achievement Award and received the 2015 AIA Pennsylvania Associate Award.
Troy received a Master of Arts in Urban Studies from Eastern University with a concentration in Community Development and a Bachelor of Architecture from Philadelphia University. Troy is active within the Philadelphia architecture and community development communities. He sits on the Philadelphia Association of Community Development Corporation (PACDC) Policy Committee. Troy has served on the American Institute of Architecture Philadelphia Chapter’s Board of Directors since 2014 and currently serves as Treasurer.
